Having problem In Low Sexual Desire

Low sexual desire – there is no clear cut definition. What’s normal for some people may be abnormal for others. Generally, people who seek treatment for this problem report less frequency of sex, lacks desire for sex, fewer sexual fantasies, and lower sexual arousal.
65 percent of people who seek a sex therapist report this problem. Of these, 40 percent also report arousal or orgasmic difficulties.
The prevalence is from 15-65 percent. Most couples experience a drop in sexual desire from time to time. Such condition is common and is not necessarily a problem. If it persists, a medical exam is a good idea and possibly a visit to qualified sex therapist.
In one study, 44 percent of women reported diminished sexual desire three months after giving birth. After nine months, 25 percent of women still experienced low desire.
Many people with low sexual desire “ go through the motions” but feel inadequate that they cannot be more enthusiastic . Then they avoid sex, at least in part, to avoid feeling of inadequacy. Once you and your partner have an opportunity to make love, show enthusiasm for his or her willingness to get close and be less concerned about the degree of passion. The best initial approach is to find a solution to overcome the low sexual desire problem.
